What a true blessing Kristina has been for my family! Not only did she get my son and I into the perfect home with plenty of space for our family to grow, she did so in the middle of a worldwide pandemic...in a market moving faster than the blink of an eye...and not to mention we closed 3 days early in time for us to have our first meal be that of a Thanksgiving Feast! I am such a workaholic and being a single mother I really don’t have much time to spare but she still managed to manipulate her equally busy schedule to fit ours from start to finish! She listened to every detail of my wants and needs and went above and beyond to make my first home purchase as stress free as possible and we all know this field is full of unexpected hiccups. My daughter was searching for her first home so I’m sure you understand why she was so nervous, and apprehensive to secure an agent. She not only found an agent but a long term friend that showed just how much she cared daily. She listened, was extremely responsive, and made the searching process enjoyable for the entire family. My granddaughter was always in tow and at 5 years old she is very inquisitive, and loves to chat. Kristina is loved by my granddaughter, my daughter and her husband, and me! It’s refreshing to know that someone your working with has your best interest in mind every day. Their place is spectacular, in the area and school district and the area that my daughter requested. We were so fortunate to have found Kristina when we decided to relocate back to Charlotte. She was patient as we were in the middle of selling our house, and she was there for every step of the way! Kristina was awesome from the beginning! Always making time in her schedule to show me what felt like a million houses. She helped me through multiple offers and heart breaks, but in the end, we found a house that was perfect for my family and I, in the best location of all of the houses we viewed.
